Our History
We’ve been leading the industry from our New York headquarters for over 65 years. We were originally the largest scrap metal processor in the U.S., taking on large projects like recycling the scrap metal from the World Trade Center after 9/11.
Today, as a subsidiary of Sage Sustainable Electronics, Hugo Neu Recycling is proud to be a leader in both IT Asset Management and Recycling. Because of our deep history, we stay involved in the industry and constantly grow and adapt as needs change and opportunities to do good are presented.
Pickups can be initiated using our secure online portal, or by contacting Hugo Neu Customer Service. A dedicated Company Account Manager will facilitate the estimating, dispatch and coordination of each project as well as delivery to the nearest Hugo Neu Recycling location for prompt processing.
Utilizing our own trucks and background-checked employees, Hugo Neu Recycling picks up, packs and securely transports IT assets directly from clients’ offices in the New York City area to the nearest secure Hugo Neu Recycling facility. Assets are tracked from the moment of pickup to ensure chain-of-custody and transparency throughout the process.
