We pride ourselves on providing the best quality metal products our customers deserve. We take the time to make sure our products meet the highest quality standards that our customers expect in their finished parts. G&M Metal Fabricators offers a centrally located plant with over 75,000 sq ft of manufacturing space that allows us to offer capabilities that include metal fabrications, laser cutting, short run stamping, welding, forming, custom assembly of work, hardware insertion, CNC machining and lathe, tool & die, CAD/CAM, and complete plating and finishing services.
G & M Metal Fabricators offers precision CNC metal forming utilizing cutting edge numerical control systems with press ratings of 20.5 to 33 tons at 20 to 40 stations. We can punch, stamp, blank, pierce and form stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, copper and aluminum and provide secondary, stage, progressive and temporary tooling. We work with a maximum stock thickness of .125" on stainless steel, .187" on cold-rolled steel and .250" on aluminum. On light gauge, we can handle a minimum hole size of .050" and a maximum of 3.75" without nibbling. We offer +/-.004" repeatability between feature centers and punched hole sizes of +/-.0005" not including the blowout. In addition to the CNC metal forming services, we offer assembly, hardware and finishing as well as in-house quality inspection and compliance with EIA, NEMA and UL standards. We typically require lead times of six weeks, and can produce volumes from prototype to production volumes.
Offering precision press brake metal forming and heavy brake forming services, utilizing N/C auto-back gauging and multiple forms. Our presses, which are rated from 17 to 225 tons, allow us to work with stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, aluminum, copper, and brass on forms with a maximum width and height of 12'. On stainless steel and cold-rolled steel, we can handle a maximum stock thickness of .187" and .250" respectively. We can also meet tolerances of +/- .005" and +/- .010" depending on the gauge. To complement our press brake forming services, we also offer assembly, hardware, and finishing capabilities. We have presented additional specifications below and look forward to discussing your company's press brake forming requirements.
G & M Metal Fabricators' precision laser cutting service provides precise and accurate cutting to meet the exacting demands of telecom, fiber optic and military industry clients. We rely on a CO2 (gaseous), hybrid, two-axis laser that boasts a maximum power output of 3,000 watts and a top cutting speed of 400 ipm, with an accuracy of +/-.003". We laser cut cold-rolled steel to a maximum thickness of .375" and stainless steel and aluminum to a maximum thickness of .25". Our in-house inspection department ensures all projects meet our clients' unique quality specifications. Whether you require a prototype or a production run, we generally need a six-week lead time.
G & M Metal Fabricators CNC machining service provides quality metal fabrication at competitive prices with a focus on CNC machining a range of metals, such as steel, aluminum, brass and copper, as well as plastics. We offer four-axis capabilities with CNC-controlled equipment, vertical machining centers and lathes that allow us to take on milling, drilling, turning, tapping, threading and more. We can also handle the fixturing and tooling in-house, offering both a three-jaw and four-jaw chuck. We work with parts up to 40” long, 20”wide and up to 16” high with a maximum tolerance of +/-.0008” between hole centers and +/-.0004” from the edge to the hole. We even offer a fine √16 micro finish. We require a lead time of four to six weeks and handle everything from prototype to production runs for customers in the packaging equipment, medical, motion control, telecom, fiber optic and military industries, while complying with EIA, NEMA, UL and GR-63-Core standards.
