Federal International works diligently to provide the best and final use for all recyclable commodities. Our recycling efforts turn waste back into consumer products. We turn:
We go above and beyond to find reliable end users for material that comes in through our facility. We even recycle glass into utility bedding instead of that material going to the landfill. The process is simple – no matter how the material comes to us we work to source, separate it, process it, and ship it to a mill to be made back into a product. This process of recycling is good for the environment and puts people to work. We look to be “green” one customer at a time.
Federal International conducts commercial recycling and waste stream evaluations for businesses, schools and government organizations to help reduce costs associated to landfill and waste hauling expenses. In effort to increase recycling rates, which is better for our environment and can provide organizations new streams of revenue, we can conduct a full recycling audit to help identify organizational recycling opportunities. Our goal is to help your organization follow the principles of reduce, reuse and recycle by diverting 90% or more of your waste away from landfills. We encourage you to contact us and participate in our Green Challenge Recycling Program.
We have large scale rotary shredding machines that provide random cut pierce-and-tear shredding capabilities sized to the customer specifications. These machines can shred and destroy any material from millions of credit card statements to hundreds of truckloads of computer hard drives with capacity to process approximately 2,000 tons of shredded paper material a month to about 600 tons of non-paper destruction.
