OUR PRIMARY MISSION IS TO SET UP COMPUTER LABS FOR KIDS IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES WHO DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO TECHNOLOGY, AND TO SUPPORT LOCAL NON-PROFITS AND TECH RELATED INITIATIVES. WE DO THIS BY RECYCLING YOUR COMPUTERS, ELECTRONICS, AND ANY IT EQUIPMENT”
eSmart Recycling’s primary mission is to set up computer labs for kids in our local community and in developing countries who don’t have access to technology. We recycle computers, electronics, and IT equipment to fund our initiatives. Our partners are responsible for giving children all over the world the opportunity to leave their digital footprint and to make a global impact through technology.
“NEARLY 200,000 COMPUTERS ARE THROWN AWAY EACH DAY IN THE US ALONE"
In today’s world of fast technology advances, companies are required to upgrade their IT equipment on a constant basis. These companies spend too much time and resources in dealing with IT equipment that gets upgraded, breaks, or stops being useful. It usually also leads to a waste of money and physical space. And yet 70% of their outdated equipment ultimately ends up in a landfill. Many companies have a plan in place to dispose of their equipment yet most of them fail to take advantage of a powerful opportunity to give back.
Each company that enters into a partnership with eSmart Recycling increases the global impact our initiatives can have. Our partners are considered good environmental stewards and catalysts in making a social and economic impact in the lives of thousands of children across the globe.
All of our corporate partners receive our eSmart Certification. The eSmart Certificate can be displayed on your webpage, corporate office, and marketing materials as a way to show the world that your company is socially responsible and is “Making a Global Impact by Recycling Electronics.”
We have developed tailored plans for specific industries that produce electronics or scrap electronic items on a regular basis.Whether it is shredded hard drives or surplus of boards from your manufacturing process, we have all of the resources needed to take care of your e-recycling needs.

Initiatives Placement: We allocate equipment—or profit share from sale of equipment—towards our tech lab initiatives.
When we talk about ITAD, we are talking about the process of securely retiring electronic business equipment (computers, servers, copiers, audio & video equipment, handheld devices, phone systems, etc.) through a regulatory-compliant system.
Selling your recently upgraded IT equipment can put money back in your budget and clean up valuable office or storage space. One of the biggest concerns companies face, is the fear of inadvertently sharing sensitive data.
Data security and environmental responsibility are the most critical aspects of asset disposition; this is why eSmart Recycling has the highest standards of data security. This is done by physically shredding in-house every single Hard Drive and data containing device we get from our customers. We do not re-market or re-sell any hard drives. No exception!
