Clients are therefore able to obtain copies of those sealed documents for their own records or they can receive other sealed documents, which they may require, that accurately reflect the work performed.

E-Waste Experts will provide clients with a secure process specifically engineered to insure that the destruction of all data storage devices was accomplished within all applicable legal, technical, industry or unique client standards.The secure data destruction process involves the disintegration of each hard drive with a 40,000 psi press machine. Hard drives subjected to this process are completely destroyed. The entire process is performed in accordance with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST SP 800-88)All hard drives subjected to the secure data destruction process are transported to the E-Waste Experts, Inc. facility in Bristol, PA for processing prior to recycling. This facility is an electronic waste processing facility which operates under Beneficial Use Permit WMGR081 issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. The legal handling and processing of all electronic waste materials directly by E-Waste Experts, Inc. insures that clients have no liability or exposure to the improper disposal of hazardous and/or non hazardous waste products. The entire process is 100% ‘Green’ with no electronic waste products or by-products, being sent to landfills.

This commitment is further ensured through the mandatory inspections conducted by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection as specified in the Beneficial Use Permit under which the E-Waste Experts, Inc. facility operates along with local inspections by the fire marshal.In furtherance of this policy, E-Waste Experts, Inc. shall conform to all applicable federal, state and local code as it applies to the responsible stewardship of the environment. Additionally, the company shall operate within all acceptable Health & Safety standards by maintaining a current and relevant policy that is supported by a certified Health & Safety management system (H&SMS). The H&SMS is designed to fully conform to both the ISO 14001:2004 standard and the OHSAS 18001:2007 standard required by the company’s R2 Policy and Procedure manual.
