Residential Guidelines

Residential Solid Waste Collection

Please place your cart at the curbside, away from any obstacles. Please have your trash out the night before your scheduled pick-up-day. All trash must be out by 7:00am. We may not be able to return to pick up trash that is not set out on time. Please place any extra household waste that won’t fit in the cart, in bags or approved containers and place it beside the cart. Cardboard boxes, paper sacks, and metal or plastic barrels are not approved containers.

Bulk Items Collection

Please call in large bulk items such as: appliances, water tanks, water heaters, carpet, and construction debris. There may be extra charges that apply for these types of materials.

Yard Waste Collection – April through October

Please put yard waste in the brown paper yard waste bags. Residents are required to bag or bundle their yard waste and separate it from their household waste. Residents should also place their yard waste at the curbside in the vicinity of, but not in front of or directly next to their cart on their normal collection day by 7:00am. Residents should bundle tree limbs or shrubs in length of less than three (3) feet and not more than fifty (50) pounds per bundle. No yard waste item should exceed more than two (2) inches in diameter. The charge is $1.00 per bag. Charges for yard waste bags will reflect on next billing statement.
