DeerPath Recyclers is your one-stop solution for all of your scrap tire needs. We operate a full-service recycling facility in Michigan, processing passenger, semi-truck, farm & OTR tires. We offer a full range of collection options, including route truck pick-ups, 24' cages, & van trailer exchanges. We are registered to haul & process scrap tires in the state of Michigan, & we also service Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin and Ohio.Whether you generate 2000 tires a week or 20 tires a month, we have a program to meet your requirements. We provide services to municipalities that conduct "tire days" within their communities, and we also accept tires at our Dowagiac, MI facility.

You have many choices to consider before deciding which scrap tire processor to use. Since the scrap tire generator is ultimately responsible for properly disposing of their scrap tires, you need to be sure that your processor is meeting your needs. It's important for you to know that your scrap tires are being disposed of properly, using a licensed haluer/processor. All haulers & processors must be registered by the State. It is illegal to use a company not licensed to haul or process scrap tires.

• We offer Route Service for those customers that generate smaller quantities of tires, yet still want them picked-up on a regular basis.  We can schedule pick-ups to meet your needs, ranging from weekly, bi-weekly & monthly.  We can also set it up so that the customer calls us when they want their tires picked-up. 
• Trailer Accounts are for those customers that genrate larger quantities of scrap tires.  We would place a clean road-worthy trailer at your location, that you would be responsible for loading.  When it gets full, you simply give us a call & we'll bring you another empty & transport the full trailer back to our facility for processing.
• For those customers that may not have the space for a trailer, we offer a Cage Service.  We would deliver a 28' steel cage that the customer would load up.  Once the cage is full, you simply call us, & we would bring another empty cage & transport the full cage back to our facility for processing. 

Crumb Rubber 

Crumb Rubber can be used in a number of Industrial & Commercial applications.  It's cost-effectiveness makes it a great alternative to virgin compounds.  Companies that utilize Crumb Rubber expect the following from their suppliers:

• The material must be of a high quality.  You can make Crumb Rubber from many different types of tires, & most are made from different compounds.  In many cases, a customer may need a specific material; passenger tire, which can contain fiber, or all-black material, which is usually made from semi-tires. All contaminants should be removed, including, steel, fiber, stones, dirt and non-ferrous metals.  
• The customer should receive the same material whether they order it in January or July.   There are many different ways to process tires to make Crumb Rubber, and it's paramount that the system used is capable of replicating itself every time.  This is accomplished by utilizing Standard Operating Procedures, including sieve testing.
•  Some customers know what they want when they call, others rely on the suppliers expertise to help them determine the correct product for their application. It's important for the supplier to listen to what the customer is saying & then work together to develop a product that will work, be delivered on-time, all at a fair price.
