Dennis J. Decker moved to Galveston County in November of 1980 when he purchased the original Bay Area Disposal Service located in Bacliff, Texas. Several years later he was joined in the business by his brother Gary Decker. The two brothers grew this business in the Bayshore communities of Bacliff, San Leon, Kemah, and Clear Lake Shores while also securing contracts with the City of La Marque, the City of Shore Acres and several of the MUD Districts in the La Porte area. In 1988 Dennis & Gary sold their company to Browning & Ferris Industries (BFI), with Dennis working for BFI until 1996 as a manager in their La Porte and Houston Commercial Districts along with a year managing the Memphis, TN district. In 1996 Dennis joined a young start-up company Sanifill, working in their Houston corporate office as an acquisition integration manager. Through two mergers Sanifill became part of Waste Management where Dennis worked in their corporate office as a purchasing manager until 2005. In 2006 Dennis was drawn back to his original business roots in Bacliff where he opened Decker Dispose-All & Recycling Services. Day-to-day operations are still Dennis Decker’s sole priority and responsibility.
We are proud to offer an environmentally friendly option for commercial customers that dispose of mostly recyclable materials. These containers are serviced like regular waste containers with locking mechanisms included.
