Decco Alloys was formed in 1989, in a small home office with just 2 people. About a year later, we moved into a rented office, and in the early 1990's we moved yet again into a small office warehouse operation, and added two employees. From there we continued to grow by adding more staff, taking on more warehouse space and expanding our processing capabilities.Today, we maintain a total staff of approximately 30 dedicated employees who we consider to be one close-knit family - many of whom have been with us for over 15 years! Even after we suffered a horrific fire in September 2011 that nearly destroyed our Twinsburg building, our entire staff stuck with us and helped us to rebuild. Together, we all worked long hours in extreme winter conditions to save our business, and continue our customer service throughout the demolition and reconstruction phases. It was an incredible effort put forth by many people, and countless others in our community who stood by us and were there to assist along the way. After all this, we have acquired another neighboring facility to further expand our Twinsburg operations and have become even bigger and better.
Next year we will be celebrating our 25th year in business! We remain dedicated to always improving our customer relationships and improving our processing capabilities through investments in new equipment technologies. We owe our longevity to our wonderful and growing customer base and our terrific staff that understands customer service is our number one priority. If you're interested in improving the returns from your scrap metal recycling programs, call us.
