• 1 container (2nd container is available upon request for an additional fee . We are not held liable for any damage or loss of any personal container )
• 5 additional small bags outside container. This includes yard waste which must be bagged. Including leaves, straw or grass clippings.NO ROCKS or DIRT.

We DO NOT ACCEPT dirt, rocks, bathtubs and refrigerators/freezers and TVs. If you don’t see your item on the list, call to see if we can pick it up! All bulk items must be paid for when scheduling pick-up, and all pickups should be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Certain restrictions may apply.

Our Policies:
Holidays Schedule: We are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If the holiday falls on your scheduled service day, your trash will be picked up on the following day. All remaining pickups for that week will be one day late.

Billing: Customers are billed quarterly. If you have signed up for service in the middle of the month, your first month will be pro-rated. You will receive a bill for the pro-rated amount through your first month of service. The quarterly amount you have paid will be credited to your account for three full months, and the next billing cycle will reflect the exact quarterly amount you were quoted. You have now paid for the first 90 days of service and will receive your next quarterly bill at the end of your current quarter.Garbage Collection: Please have your trash out at the curb by 6:00AM or the night before. Please make sure your garbage is bagged and tied to prevent spilling or scattering of garbage before the trucks arrive.
