Custom Disposal Service, Inc. is an independent, family-owned and operated business serving the north metro area of Atlanta, Georgia, since 1984.

In 1984, Ken started Custom Disposal Service, Inc. as a small residential disposal service to serve the north metro area of Atlanta, Georgia. What began as a small, side endeavor quickly grew into a thriving business because of the company’s dedication to quality, reliability, and customer service. Custom Disposal Service, Inc. has been serving the area for over 28 years and continues to grow its customer-base and add and refine its services to accommodate demands.As a retired Fulton Country Fire Captain and military veteran, Ken leads Custom Disposal Service, Inc. under the same principles that have guided him through his past careers. Every truck is painted “fire truck” red and well-maintained and clean. Customers consistently praise that they can “set their clocks to us” and that we go above and beyond to make sure that they are happy with our services.

In 1993, Brian joined Custom Disposal. With customer service and business management experience coupled with a relentless drive for excellence, Brian’s skills and drive combined with Ken’s knowledge and experience make a superior leadership team.Today, Custom Disposal serves over 12,000 residences per week, services over 600 neighborhoods, and has contracts with over 60 professionally managed communities. Residential Services

All customers are supplied with a 95 gallon roll-cart for disposal of household waste and yard debris. An additional cart can be provided for $7.00 per month. Carts must be placed at the curb in front of your residence before pick-up time. All garbage must be bagged and tied.In most of our service areas, once-a-week pickup is standard, but in a few select locations, we do offer twice-a-week pickup. Residential Construction Pick-Up Services

With our Custom Roll-Off service, we will provide you with metal containers on rollers to dispose of your construction project debris.Our trucks will drop off and pick up containers on your schedule.

Commercial Pickup Services

For Commercial Pick-Up service, we deliver commercial grade, metal dumpsters that carry up to 6 cubic yards of waste. These metal containers are delivered to you and picked up by Custom Disposal trucks to your place of business or yard or wherever we can possibly set it to be conveniently available for your use. We also offer an a less-expensive commercial service for when a dumpster is not necessary.

Commercial Construction Pick-Up Services

We specialize in smaller containers, 10 cubic yards to 16 cubic yards, for residential use. These containers require smaller trucks and are easier to maneuver, allowing us to get them close to your clean-up site.Our trucks will drop off and pick up containers on your schedule.

Recycling

Each customer is provided with either a 95 or 64 gallon roll-cart or up to three 18 gallon bins for abundant recycable storage. All carts and bins are blue and marked and each container has a list of acceptable recyclables and pickup schedules adhered to the container.

Recycling pickup is on the same day as your normal garbage service but is only bi-weekly to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
