FIND A SCRAP YARD NEAR YOU.
ONCE IN THE YARD. Upon arrival at the scrap yard, look for signs directing you where to line up your vehicle. When it’s your turn, a traffic light will signal green and your vehicle is ready to be weighed on the scale- depending on the scrap yard you are at you will either back onto the scale or drive onto the scale.
While being weighed, ask the scale house operator for further directions.
After offloading material and weighing in again, sign the ticket, collect your receipt and your cash!
