Concast is one of the few manufacturers with the ability to machine dies and molds on site, therefore eliminating the downtime for dies to be shipped from outside vendors. Our process not only saves you time, but guarantees quality continuous cast copper alloys and other alloy products.
Product Certification
A product certification is provided with every product manufactured at Concast. This guarantees we meet the exacting specifications of our increasingly specialized customer base. From the moment raw material is received, through order entry, production, inspection and the final shipment of your product, every step of the process is documented. And to ensure traceability, all of our products are bar-coded with the following information: alloy, inspector, control number, size, heat number and specification.
