Complete Recycling Solutions, LLC (CRS) was established in 2002, focusing on the needs for recycling of lighting and electronic wastes. CRS' processing facility is located in Fall River, Massachusetts near the intersection of I-195 and route 24; providing easy access to surrounding areas. CRS has a second collection facility located in Somerset, NJ; ensuring a high level of service for all of our customers. Our company's ownership has over 50 years of combined industry experience, ensuring the ability to properly service and create the recycling solution required for anyone. Our company recycles all mercury-bearing lamps, electronics and cathode ray tubes (CRT's), mercury devices, batteries, PCB and Non-PCB Lighting ballasts. CRS carries 5 million dollars of Pollution Liability Insurance. CRS operates under a Class C, Level III recycling permit, issued by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. CRS has R2 Certification (EPA's responsible recycling standard) for electronics recycling. CRS owns and operates state of the art lamp recycling and mercury distillation equipment. This equipment automatically disassembles various lamp types into their basic components to be re-used in the marketplace. CRS owns and operates a hard drive shredder, ensuring secure data destruction onsite.
CRS provides it's Customers with "certificates of reclamation" as proof of recycling, in accordance with applicable Federal regulations 40 CFR. CRS offers Pick-Up Service on a schedule that meets your company's needs. Currently our company has four 24' box trucks and numerous 48' trailers; all of which are equipped with power lift gates. Primarily servicing the Northeastern US, we can have one of our trucks at your location promptly. CRS can provide certified destruction of your hard-drives and other confidential equipment. CRS demanufactures equipment into it's core components for recycling (ie. Plastic. Metal framework, circuit boards, wire, hard drives, floppy drives etc.) All hard drives are shredded at CRS ensuring secure data destruction. CRT's and other electronic equipment may contain high levels of lead and other heavy metals. Many states have begun regulating the disposal of CRTs.
Complete Recycling Solutions, LLC can provide your facility with a solution to battery disposal, customizing a program for you.Complete Recycling Solutions, LLC collects batteries from colleges/schools, hospitals, municipalities and businesses large and small.CRS accepts all types of batteries including: mercuric oxide, silver oxide, NiCad, alkaline, lithium metal, nickel metal hydride, lithium ion and lead acid. Mercury batteries are processed on site utilizing our mercury distillation equipment; all other batteries are sent to a CRS approved final destination facility.
Complete Recycling Solutions, LLC recycles PCB, non-PCB, and DEHP lighting ballast.Metal components from the ballast such as copper and steel are collected for metals recovery and reuse. The PCB-containing capacitors and any PCB-contaminated asphalt potting material are landfilled or incinerated at a permitted facility.
