The area on which the industrial building owned by COMET Recycling Srl stands with an area of ​​5,902 [m²] is largely flat, and is located in front of the provincial road that leads from Stella San Giovanni to the hamlet of Ellera, in the Municipality of Albisola Superiore. The provincial is located at an altitude of about seven meters above the area; a municipal road branches off from it and reaches the site.

With the prior authorization of the Mountain Community, the waters coming from an impluvium upstream of the provincial road without conveying them were regulated. The external floors are made of reinforced concrete and equipped with a first rain water treatment system, which provides a channel for the collection of the water itself, which is sent first to a drainage well and subsequently to an accumulation tank, then to an oil separator. static and finally to a filter equipped with oil-absorbing material to be replaced periodically. In this way the water to be delivered to the final delivery is completely purified.
