In partnership with the Ontario Electrical League (OEL) and the Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) Foundation, CMI is providing a unique and innovative way to raise funds in support of local healthcare programs. Through the Weigh Your Scrap & Give Back Program, businesses are now able to donate between 10% and 100% of their scrap metal proceeds to the BCHS Foundation by dropping off theirscrap metal at the CMI Cambridge yard. The donations are used by the BCHS to purchase essential medical equipment for local hospitals as well as provide essential resources to invest in new and innovative technology to help maintain exceptional levels of compassionate patient care. CMI is a proud to be a partner in a program that helps our community members when they need it most. A special thanks to all our partners who have helped to drive this program forward in promoting the program to local businesses. In the first few months since launching the program, over $7,000 in donations have been raised for the BCHS Foundation!
