Capitol Recycling, LLC is a locally owned and operated roll-off waste collection company. We specialize in construction and demolition collection and recycling. Our management team is experienced and motivated with over 40 years of combined C&D hauling and recycling knowledge in the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill areas.  Our services areas include the counties of Wake, Nash, Franklin, Johnston, Harnett, Chatham, Orange, Durham and Granville.

Our strength is that we are small enough to be responsive to our customers’ needs and large enough to tackle any industry project. Capitol Recycling provides its customers with responsive and cost effective solutions for their solid waste disposal and recycling needs.

Capitol Recycling currently has two commingled recycling facilities and a C&D landfill in Wake Co. We are also an Orange County Certified Recycling Center. We specialize in LEED projects and LEED reporting. Capitol Recycling has worked on many LEED projects, achieving a high diversion rate.
