C6 Disposal System's Inc. is locally owned and operated. We provide a variety of garbage collection and recycling services ranging from construction site debris removal to commercial service to residential garbage pick-up. All of our employees are trained in both service and vehicle operation. C-6 Employees are screened upon hire & abide by all DOT, FMCSA rules & regulations. We are members of the Better Business Bureau and well as the Hispanic Contractors Association and ABC. C6 has received designations as a minority contractor by both Federal and local agencies and opens its doors to applicants of all nationalities and ethnic backgrounds. Its founder, Jorge A. Cantu, was formerly an executive with Waste Management. Our goal is to become the first Hispanic owned garbage company to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Our vision is to create a premier waste disposal company by offering superior customer service through our relentless pursuit of excellence. Our mission is to help our people develop by working in unison with our drivers, mechanics and customer service representatives to instill a culture of self worth and pride. C-6 Disposal Systems, Inc. operates in a manner designed to minimize hazards regarding safety, health, and environment, and to maximize customer protection. Trucks are equipped with state-of-the-art safety features such as back up alarm, automatic braking systems and electronic monitoring screens. Equipment is maintained in good condition through regular preventive maintenance programs. Employees participate in monthly safety meetings to ensure constant awareness. Total quality management is a goal we pursue relentlessly. We believe in the methodology of "management by walking around" or in our case by driving around. By following our trucks, C-6 supervisors are allowed a first hand look at the service rendered and equipment appearance. In addition, supervisors conduct personal interviews and phone surveys of customers which allows us to keep on top of any issues that arise and therefore ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
