- Training: All staff of Belanger Converter Recycling is rigorously trained when it comes to our catalytic converters, small electrical auto parts, and batteries. Belanger Converter Recycling trains all team members on grade and basic knowledge of all items that are purchased.
- Education: All team members at Belanger Converter Recycling has a minimum of a high school diploma. Every team member has completed the training course provided by the company. Any of the drivers at our company already have a CDL or Belanger Converter Recycling is assisting them to achieve that goal.
