Materials range from Aluminum and Steel to the more exotic Zirconium, Tantalum, Titanium, Columbium, Hast-X, Haynes 188, L-605, and various types of Stainless Steels. We are familiar with most of the non-ordinary materials and methods used to process these materials.

BRC's very reliable vendor base, combined with our own support equipment, offers raw materials cut to rough or finished sizes or special shapes - manufactured to your exact specifications.

Our Processes

Welding IAW MIL-STD-1595A / AMS2685
We fabricate and machine to customer drawings and specifications, with a quality control system set up in accordance with MIL-STD-45208A, all under one roof.

Our capabilities include but are not limited to: Machining, Lathe, Mill, Sawing and Drilling from diameters of less than an inch up to 60'. We specialize in welding to exact customer specifications, utilizing an independent laboratory to certify such.
BRC is familiar with the machining and welding of all types of materials ranging from common steel alloys to cobalt alloys and exotic metal such as tantalum, niobium and titanium alloys.

We offer the luxury of ONE STOP SHOPPING - 
We can quote your requirement complete from inception to finished product. 
Any processing that BRC does not normally perform (heat treat, ndt, plating. etc.) can be performed by qualified partner vendors frequently used by BRC.
