Atlas has been family owned and operated since 1976. From the beginning we have been dedicated to providing quality service to our customers. Over the years Atlas has branched into many various industries, and stepped away from the towing business.

Atlas Towing Service was founded 38 years ago and has successfully become one of the areas top competitors in scrap metal and new/used automotive parts in Northern Nevada. As a company, we pride ourselves on our top of the line training and safety programs.

Our years in the industry have provided Atlas with extensive knowledge in a multitude of different areas, forming the company into a universal unit. Every member of our staff is trained to perform multiply job tasks proficiently and knowledgeably, ensuring the company’s ability to complete projects, of all sizes, quickly and efficiently.

We now concentrate primarily on, but not limited to:

• Light to heavy truck parts
• Recycling of all metals, non-ferrous, and junk cars.
• Transport of materials (except hazardous material) and equipment
• Mobile cutting and welding
• Along with several other equipment services, to help our customers achieve their goals.

Atlas prides itself on its commitment to satisfy our customer. In order to provide this we:

• Maintain a wide variety of most makes and models including semi truck parts and diesel engine parts.
• Keep a variety of new or aftermarket parts in stock for our customers’ convenience.
• Have many industry contacts that enables us to order in new and used parts of all types that we do not have in stock.
• Ensure that Walk-Ins are welcome.
• Can ship parts upon the customers’ request.
• Have helpful and knowledgeable staff that will help you with all your questions or concerns.
• Can order in parts for our customers that we do not have in stock.
• Use the Hollander Interchange system to ensure our customer’s receive the parts they want and need.
• Supply a 30 Day warranty with receipt.

• Follow state law and cannot sell used air bags, header pipes, mufflers, catalytic converters, fuel pumps, water pumps, clutch, batteries, Oxygen(O2) Sensors, Heater Cover, and pressure plates.

RECYCLE CENTER

Wanting to recycle, but not sure what is recyclable and what’s not. Look through the list below as a reference. If you don’t see what you are looking for, you may call the office and we will gladly assist you in finding out what you may have and a price.

AUTO PARTS

We receive vehicles at our yard weekly, allowing us to add new inventory monthly. On this page you will be able to access most of our inventory at your fingertips, at car-part.com. For pricing you will need to contact our Parts Manager directly.

Do you or your company have Semi’s that are in need of parts? We just might have what you are looking for. We have several trucks in our salvage yard ready to part out. Currently, we do not have a way for you to access these parts online, but we will gladly take your call and assist you in finding what you need. We offer parts from light duty trucks to heavy duty trucks. If you don’t see what you are looking for listed below, please call, we will gladly look for you.

EQUIPMENT SERVICES

Atlas Towing Service has a large assortment of equipment for completing the tasks at hand. We are able to transport our equipment to the needed locations, and assist in many projects to help obtain the required results. Transportation of materials or equipment is available within the borders of Nevada and, upon request, outside of Nevada.
