Earth Day events and celebrations increase across the state and at our scrap yard in Maryland. With recycling numbers increasing at our Maryland recycling center for non-ferrous metals like; Copper, Brass, Aluminum, Batteries, Vinyl, Plastics & Computer recyclingincreases the saving of natural resources and energy consumption in Maryland. We are proud to partner with the pubic, local government and private businesses as a leading scrap yard in Maryland.
There are few issues now as critical for the survival of our planet as recycling. Whether you represent the commercial sector or are a resident in the local community, there never has been a more crucial time to be involved with this issue.
We are pioneers in setting up the latest recycling technologies and making those systems available to our customers. Merely one phone call to our scrap yard will put our purchasing associate at your door.
We'll Meet Your Needs Our commitment has always been to find better ways to help you create the right recycling program for your business.
As a recycling center in Maryland we set goals for our center to be more efficient in our systems and processes. Recycling in Maryland is an ongoing process and as we grow in services and partners we become more accurate and efficient. We've upgraded our scrap yard equipment and this allows us to collect, process, package and ship materials using less energy and this in itself is a "greener way" of doing business and a greater success in use of natural resources in Maryland. Being a responsible Recycling Center in Maryland means constant planing for improvement.
Earth Day has roots back to 1970 when a small group got organized and promoted the logical conclusion that we needed to be more in tune with the earth and how we were stewards of the natural resources and the pollution we were creating. Since then recycling has caught fire and great strides have been made to increase recycling and reuse right here in Maryland, in the United States and around the globe. We take this time, Tuesday April 22nd 2014 to say thank you to all who have made conservation and being environmentally forward thinking a more common idea. We are proud to have done our small part in the conservation of raw materials and natural resources locally and globally.
The success of any recycling program depends upon recognizing the need to recycle and then making the right choice of a recycling company.
