Ag Choice is the first and only commercial food waste and livestock manure composter in New Jersey. We are permitted by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) to collect and compost both pre- and post-consumer food waste including plate waste and cafeteria waste; agricultural waste such as animal manures, feed and silage; and manufacturing organics such as spent leaf, nut and bean products.
