Certification to other National and/or OEM Specifications are available as well. A complete quality control system in accordance with MIL-l-45208 is utilized and subject to regular inspection by the appropriate agencies. Under current approvals, full certification and traceability of materials to source is mandatory. This provides our customers with the maximum degree of confidence, reliability and quality assurance. Facilities exist for destructive and nondestructive testing, and the certifying of various materials and forms for: Chemical Analysis, Physical Properties and Metallurgical Integrity (ultra-sonic, dye penetrant, x-ray, structure, grain, size and hardness). High turnover assures our customers they will receive newly produced materials in prime condition.
