DEMOLITION

With a full complement of late model demolition equipment; we are also very proud to offer the latest in recycling equipment for our clients as well. Once we demolish your project, our ferrous and non-ferrous metals divisions will procure aggressive pricing for your salvaged scrap metals.

We have ten acres dedicated to recycling concrete and asphalt from your project – we are happy to provide you with Cal-Trans Class 2 Base Rock for your new construction needs as well. We have over 40 late model Peterbilt tractors to transport and recycle materials from your project, as well as salvage your equipment for resale, remove abandoned vehicles and outdated tooling, relocated equipment to your growing needs with our cranes, and help set you up for success.A & S would also be happy to provide you with portable bailing services for your light tin and other metals. Currently, we service many landfills and recycling centers on the west coast with our transportable bailer.

Recycling

A&S Metals has extensive expertise in the demolition of steel, wood and concrete buildings. As an environmentally aware corporation, special emphasis will be placed in recycling all materials. The following materials generated from your demolition project will be recycled:

• Concrete/Asphalt: Reground for base-rock and gravel
• Clean Wood, Trees, Bushes and Green Waste: Ground to make material for energy plant, wood chips and organic soil/composting
• Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals: Recycled for resuse in new projects, cars, window frames, pipes, etc.

Other Services

• Tree Removal A&S Metals can remove a single residential tree to an entire orchard or vineyard. Complete stump grinding and wood waste removal is available as well.

• Portable Baling A&S Metals provides baling services of light tin and other materials by mobilizing its equipment to your facility. A&S Metals currently services several landfills and recycling centers through out the western United States.

• Concrete/Asphalt Services A&S Metals can provide sawing and removeal of concrete or asphalt driveways, concrete retaining walls, etc., and remove the material. Furthermore, the removed concrete or asphalt can be hauled away for recycling.

• On-Site Concrete/Asphalt Crushing A&S Metals has a Pegson SR242 Portable Impact Crusher on tracks that can produce 1000 to 1200 tons of crushed concrete/asphalt material per day. This material can be screened from 1/2" material to 6 " material.

• Trucking A&S Metals has over 35 later model Peterbilt tractors, and 30+ trailers, to include end-dumps, bottom dumps, flat beds, low-boys, double-flats, dry vans, transfer-trucks,. rolloffs, and several with "air-ride suspensions.

Things to Know About Demolition

Commercial/Industrial 

• Call A&S Metals, we will come out and vie a price to demolish a home, remove the interior of an existing building, or demolish and entire industrial factory.
• A&S Metals will accept a signed contract to start the process. Then you relax, and we'll handle everything.
•  A&S Metals will coordinate all demolition permits required by city, county and state agencies, including air pollution control. We also coordinate asbestos removal and disconnection of utilities, if necessary.
•  A&S Metals will perform the demolition to meet your deadlines, and leave the area clean and free of all debris.

Residential 

• Call A&S Metals, we will come out and give a price to demolish your entire house or just a patio
• A&S Metals will accept a signed contract to start the process. Then you relax and we'll handle everything.
• A&S Metals will coordinate all city, county and state permits. A&S Metals will coordinate the disconnection of utilities, if necessary.
• A&S Metals will perform the demolition project in a timely/friendly fashion, and leave the area clean and free of all debris.
