"Mr. Trainor became involved with CCTS several years ago, and he quickly became involved in all aspects of the district. Mr. Trainor currently serves on several career program advisory boards including green technology, welding and carpentry. He also allows students to participate in his company’s safety programs, and has hired between one and three CCTS students every year, offering each of them full-time employment upon graduation. Mr. Trainor believes in giving all students a chance to succeed and assigns mentors to help them reach their goals. Mr. Trainor recently shared his expertise in the recycling industry with the staff and students, and as a result, two components were added to the Green Technology curriculum."

"On December, 2012 A&R Recycling Company, located in Cinnaminson, NJ, arrived at our facility. Their task was to remove an outside overhead crane that was out of service and very decayed. The crane no longer met OSHA requirements. It was to be removed without damaging any of the surrounding structures. This project started on a Tuesday and was completed the following Friday with no problems or damages. This is the second time A&R has removed structures from our facility. Each time the removal was handled in a safe and professional manner."

"In mid 2008 a decision was made to demolish approximately 250,000 sq ft of buildings that housed various types of processing equipment, including two (2) Cupolas approximately 90' high, 2 annealing ovens, cement lining equipment, paint & packaging facilities, machine shops, power house, cooling towers, several hydraulic systems, 2 dust collection bag houses, and several overhead cranes ranging from 5 ton to 25 ton capacity, and various processing equipment, too numerous to list.
A search began for a reputable demolition contractor. Several contractors expressed interest and visited the Burlington Facility. After considerable discussions and deliberations, it was decided to enter into a contract with A&R Recycling Company, which was finalized in April 2009. A&R Recycling has done a commendable job in the demolition of the Burlington Facility. They have an impressive safety record with no injuries or incidents. They have done an excellent job in sorting various demolition materials (metallic, non-metallic, alloys, and electrical wire) to maximize revenue. They have impeccable housekeeping procedures, with all demolition debris neatly stored and processed. As you can tell we are satisfied with the integrity and professionalism of A&R Recycling Company. We would certainly utilize their services again, should the need arise."
At A&R Recycling Company, Inc., we buy and sell ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Our process is simple and efficient - Buy, Sort, Sell! We make sure everything is sized and priced appropriately, so that value doesn't get lost.
Widely recycled in the market today, ferrous metals, such as steel, is one of the first industrial materials to be actively recycled. Largely due to the economic benefits, it's used, in addition to iron ore, to produce new steel, and this saves a massive amount of energy for steel production.
Non-ferrous metals are among the most widely recovered and recycled metals across the industry. Consisting of brass, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other metals, they are a staple for industrial products and generally retain their properties.
