PopScrap.com Inc announces its Oracle Gold Partner status

25 January 2019: On January 15, 2019 PopScrap.com Inc, a California software development company dedicated to the scrap recycling industry announces its Oracle Gold Partner status along with launching an industry first, a full service Cloud ERP practice representing the worlds largest ERP solutions under the banner ScrapMetalERP.com. 

The Gold Partner status allows PopScrap.com to offer bidirectional cloud integration between WeighPay's scale applications and Oracle's Cloud Fusion ERP.  

PopScrap CEO, Stacy Duty, stated that the board has committed to invest millions of dollars over the next few years to grow PopScrap's new Cloud ERP practice. 

The company has plans to add several industry specific employees to staff the growing sales, marketing, support, development and implementation departments. 

In 2017, Popscrap became an Oracle NetSuite partner with several scrap metal companies already using WeighPay for NetSuite ERP. 

PopScrap's software line, branded WeighPay Solutions, becomes the first cloud scale solution in the scrap recycling industry to offer a choice of integrated Cloud ERP solutions.

The ScrapMetalERP practice will be led by Paul Doucet, a 20 year Oracle services veteran. "I'm excited to join the PopScrap team", said Paul. "The WeighPay solution, the first solution of it's kind, continues to expand Cloud ERP into the scrap metal market where we will be the industry leader."

Companies that are interested in replacing their aging on-premises solutions can choose between two Oracle cloud products and several other cloud ERP solutions. 

PopScrap has also hired Jason Riley, a 15 year scrap metal veteran to lead the sales and implementation services for the WeighPay product line. Jason commented, “I’m glad to join PopScrap.com and proud to be a part of such a great team!”
