Tracey Haslam, CEO of Full Circle Electronics, will lead the integration of GER into the company. Moreover, he will continue to lead the business going forward. The combined services will offer enhanced services to enterprise customers, said Haslam.
Commenting on the transaction, Mark Papp, President of Tide Rock YieldCo West Coast said that the addition of GER will bolster the national footprint established by the company in the electronics recycling space over the past two years. The immediate synergies of both the companies will immensely benefit various industries including communications, aerospace and defense.
