SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Lundin Mining Corporation reported earnings attributable to shareholders of $228.8 million or $0.31 per share in the fourth quarter of the previous year. The adjusted earnings were $281.5 million or $0.38 per share for the quarter, whereas the adjusted EBITDA stood at $623.0 million.
For the full year 2021, the company reported earnings attributable to shareholders of $780.3 million or $1.06 per share. The adjusted earnings and adjusted EBITDA for the year were $281.5 million and $1,869.4 million respectively.

The production of all metals either met or exceeded the most recent annual production guidance by the company. It was led by Candelaria, which produced 151,719 tonnes of copper, nearly 91,000 ounces of gold and 1.4 million ounces of silver in concentrate during the year.
Peter Rockandel, President and CEO, Lundin Mining noted that the company was able to take advantage of the favourable base metal price environment in 2021.
