Great Southern Copper PLC has announced the discovery of high-grade copper, gold, and silver mineralization at its Viuda prospect in Chile, suggesting a new untested porphyry Cu-Au system. Initial exploration yielded rock chip samples with grades up to 3.5% Cu, 13.85g/t Au, and 56.6g/t Ag, with significant potential for further mineralization at depth. The company is now preparing to conduct detailed mapping and sampling to advance the prospect to drill-ready status.
