SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Tamapa, Florida-headquartered Stream Recycling Solutions (SRS) announced major expansion to its U.S. operations with the addition of three new collection and processing facilities.
The new facilities are located at Miami and Plant City in Florida and Hazelwood in Missouri. These facilities together will add approximately 100,000 square feet of additional space to the company’s existing portfolio.

Commenting on the expansion, Fernando Alvarado, CEO, SRS noted that the new facilities in Miami will help the company to better serve its customers in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. The expansion into the greater St. Louis market will help it become one step closer to achieving a national footprint. The expansion is critical to providing highest level of service to its partners in managing their end-of-life, surplus and obsolete electronics, he added.
The company, which has been in operation since 2017, has been specializing in electronics recycling and IT asset disposition. The clients served by the company include those from industries such as hospitals, school boards, government entities, small to medium businesses and multi-national corporations.
