AROW Honors Recycling and Waste Reduction Efforts Throughout Wisconsin at Annual Awards Ceremony

SEATTLE (Waste Advantage): The Associated Recyclers of Wisconsin (AROW) proudly held their annual awards ceremony at the 2025 Wisconsin Integrated Resource Management Conference . The ceremony, held on February 27, recognized individuals and organizations for outstanding work in the field of recycling and waste reduction. This year AROW gave out a total of three awards.

The prestigious Christy Dixon Recycler of the Year Award was awarded to Ron Jongetjes from JOHNS Disposal. This recognition is given to an individual whose career demonstrates the highest professional standards. When there is a need related to recycling in southeastern Wisconsin, Ron’s answer is always, “yes, I can help.” Ron’s willingness to help is one of the many reasons that Ron is deeply respected within our industry.
