SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): ArcelorMittal announced launch of a new content series. Titled ‘The Steel Works’, the series will mainly explore the latest trends in steel industry. In addition, it will also take a look at the major challenges and opportunities that may likely shape the company’s future.
The series will provide an insight and analysis of the role played by steel in the world in 2050. It will explore global as well as regional long-term steel demand projections and drivers, trends and patterns. The other topics covered include the role of steel in the climate transition and the various challenges and opportunities in connection with decarbonising steel sector.

In addition to analysing innovation and cutting-edge research and development associated with the global steel industry, the series will also look at various ways to attract, retain and develop a diverse and inclusive steel workforce, so as to enable the industry to thrive in tomorrow’s challenging environment.
‘The Steel Works’ opened yesterday with the launch of a three-part mini-series that explores the crucial role played by steel in the transition to net zero. As part of the series, ArcelorMittal will launch a new ‘Steel Talks’ podcast on 4th April, Thursday, said the company press release.
