Alcoa Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster):  Alcoa Corporation (NYSE: AA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of the Company’s common stock and Series A convertible preferred stock, to be paid on August 29, 2024, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 12, 2024. In connection with the Company’s acquisition of Alumina Limited, the Series A convertible preferred stock was created and will be issued at the closing of that transaction, expected on August 1, 2024.
