General Responsibilities:
Sell technology & information management hardware and software products to solid waste hauling companies and municipalities in assigned geographic territory
Work closely with Cascade Cart Regional Sales Managers and distributors
Contribute to the development of the marketing plan
Contribute to the development of the product map
Participate in industry events shows as appropriate
Work trade shows in which Cascade Cart Solutions exhibits
Assist CCS Municipal Sales Teams with municipal bid/proposal preparation
Maintain database with call report information for all customers in assigned geographic territory
Maintain customer demographic database
Minimum Education, Experience and Core Competency Requirements:
Undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated sales success (5+ years)
Proficient at solution selling
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
Comfortable with basic Microsoft communication tools (Outlook, Word, Excel…)
Preferred Education, Experience and Core Competency Requirements:
Technical/software and/or waste industry sales experience
Demonstrated success managing a multi-state sales territory
