The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Analyst Information Management to design and document business requirements for Information management (Knowledge Management/Web Content& Site) solutions covering new business, trends and concepts appropriately through current solutions to the latest technological paths.

What the role entails

This role is a great opportunity to understand the business requirements, solution delivery and business process management and then translates them to requirements for solutions to be delivered using SharePoint and O365 technology. Working a 5 days on, 2 off roster and reporting to the Manager Knowledge Management, End User Experience, you will be:

• Engaging with business partner teams and business stakeholders to qualify demand when an idea is recorded for Knowledge/ Web Content & Site Management services
• Translating demand to Business outcomes
• Collecting and analysing the project’s business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to SharePoint solution architecture and development teams
• Leading user requirements workshops to elicit end user requirements
• Evaluating the data collected through end user insights, task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops
• Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the end user business needs
• Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides and functional specification documents
• Coordinating with the groups of business unit who test, validate, evaluate new applications and functions, and determine issues in services and software
• Participating in Demand Pipeline meetings to review, update and communicate priorities of new and current project priorities
• Supporting change enablement activities for commissioning new Information Management services
