Minimum Job Requirements Ability to stand for up to ten to twelve hours per day. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to safely use basic hand tools including shoves and rakes. Required Duties and skills Identify non-conforming material from material stream. General housekeeping and basic maintenance activities required. Take part in daily safety/operational safety talks. Desired Skills Strong mechanical background/aptitude. Ability to operate skidsteer loaders, forklifts and manlifts safely.

 

SUMMARY The job duties vary. They may include cleaning and preparing the job site or sorting recyclables on the picking line. Laborers work as a team to perform any duties on job site that is needed.
