POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for ensuring all aspects of quality assurance are understood and implemented by Quality Auditors and floor personnel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continued focus on Sites quality, reliability, scrap and safety goals are maintained at all times.
Works closely with conversion personnel to improve quality, performance and customer satisfaction.
Generates data and reports for internal and external customers.
Maintains customer drawings and specifications.
Maintains and monitors Real SPC program.
Coordinates processes and analyzes returned goods.
Analyzes statistical data and processes specifications to determine present standards and establishes quality and reliability expectancy for finished products.
Defines and implements performance metrics for processes, measures output and monitors performance, quality and compliance to processes and to business goals.
Manages qualification process of assigned area.
Involved in corrective action and problem solving activities to ensure effective root cause analysis.
Manages hold system of assigned area.
Organizes, assigns and ensures the staffing of personnel according to production schedule.
Follows and enforces company and local work rules, safety rules, policies and BOS work instructions and SAP standards and activities.
Tracks and controls overtime through use of Kronos program.
Other job-related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED TRAINING:
All skillblocks completed within first six months of employment.
Completion of all related BOS work instruction training within first six months of employment or promotion into position.
SPC, PCS and TAMU training within first six months of employment or promotion into position.
Attend Lominger Leadership workshop within first year of employment or promotion into leadership position.
Kronos Timekeeping System training within first six months of employment or promotion into leadership position.
Anti-Harassment Leadership training to be completed within first year of employment or promotion into leadership position.
Performance Evaluation training to be completed within first year of employment or promotion into leadership position.
Other leadership training as defined by individual need and site guidelines.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong mathematical and analytical skills as demonstrated by pre-hire or pre-promotion screening and testing, transcripts and/or references.
Strong written communication skills as demonstrated by testing, transcripts or other designated methods.
Excellent interpersonal skills as demonstrated in the context of the interview process.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Material Handling requirements: 35 lbs. occasionally (does not occur on a daily basis and able to obtain assistance as needed)

We Reuse Our Own Recycled Materials
