The Opportunity

We are looking for a Joint Venture Partnership Coordinator to manage the coordination of joint venture activities for Rio Tinto’s interest in Chile.

What the role entails

This role is a great opportunity to build a network of relationships within the Rio Tinto JV and technical support team, the Joint Venture partners, the Owners Council, Technical Committee and Tax& Finance Committee.  Based in Santiago, Chile and reporting to the GM Business Development & Partnerships, you will be:

• Review, implement and maintain the required project management tools, processes and practices to ensure the team is well organised, focused and aligned around the material risk and value drivers.
• Support management of data and key information such that we build a solid and accessible knowledge foundation to track key issues and actions.
• Review, select and implement management tools, such as software packages, that enable more coordinated and focused engagement with our joint venture partners, including setting and tracking KPI's.
