Özkara Recycling was established in 1998 in Aydın ; It continues its activities in Aydın Organized Industrial Zone. It has the title of Exemplary Recycling Facility in Aydın and İzmir .

In our facility with an area of ​​10,470 m2 , in addition to recycling/recovery of packaging wastes such as cardboard, plastic, metal, composite; collection-separation and recycling of non-hazardous wastes; WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) is recycled.

- Within the scope of packaging waste collection and separation;Packaging wastes from waste producers are brought to our facility. First, it is passed through a weighing scale with a capacity of 80 tons and consistency is checked. After the wastes are weighed and recorded in the system, the packaging wastes are discharged to the collection sorting area and taken to the sorting band to be sorted according to the type of waste. Packaging wastes separated by type and color by sorting personnel; It is taken from the collection separation band and processed in the press machine or crushing machine, and then shipped to the recycling facilities for raw material extraction.

-Within the scope of non-hazardous waste separation collection;Non-hazardous wastes received from waste producers are separated according to their types and colors at the facility. After separation, the packaging wastes are pressed in the press machine, after the waste metals are reduced in volume with the octopus, they are stored in our area where the floor is impermeable (waste metals are taken to the facility after being controlled by the Radiation Measurement Device.), the non-hazardous wastes within the facility are stored in the temporary stock area and returned after the pre-treatment. sent to recovery facilities. 110 containers
