Zenith Mineral Resources Ltd was established in January 2013, based on Grandview Mining Ltd, Fariview Gold Corp, and Quadus Resources Ltd. The company is headquartered in Richmond, BC. After the combination of those companies, Zenith Mineral Resources Ltd becomes a holding company and takes responsibilities to manage all other partner companies. The management includes: administration management, human resources management, financial management, exploration activities, mining operations, equipment purchase, equipment maintenance, gold concentration recovery and sale. The company CEO, Leonard Li, is occupied in mining industry for decades and has abundant professional experience. Moreover, the company maintains a good relationship with the mining office, as well as the local first nation residence, which brings many advantages for our business.

Zenith Mineral Resources Ltd and its shareholders possess more than 120 mining claims, with total area of 300 square kilometer, which cover around the BC and Yukon Province. Meanwhile, our company also support the exploration activities and look for new claims to operate mining production.

Zenith Mineral Resources Ltd has practical gold recovery and smelt skills, and smelter factory construction permit. We plan to finish designing and building our smelter in 2 years. When the smelter established, we can not only recover gold product, but also silver, platinum product. Then we will have the full mining circle chain of mineral exploration, mining operation, concentration recovery and smelt.

The company has exploration activities in Quesnel, Likely, Tulameen River and Vancouver Island in BC province. The professional exploration company, Richway Exploration Ltd, assistant and cooperate with qualified geologist to prepare NI43-101 technical report with the international standard. The exploration operations will make it easy for our subsequent mining operations. Many claims already finished independent exploration operations, and some of the operations with the NI43-101 report, and ready to proceed the next production stage.
