Almost every home has faulty appliances. Repairs often cost as much as buying a new appliance. Getting rid of outdated refrigerators, washing machines, gas or electric stoves and TVs is not an easy task and a real headache.  Due to their size, self-export to the dacha or transportation to the new owner turns into a test: carefully take it out of the apartment, down the stairs, find a roomy transport.  If the owner decides to simply leave such equipment at the trash can, then he risks paying a fine for improper handling of waste household appliances. It is strictly forbidden to throw away large household appliances in a landfill or leave them near the trash. It is subject to mandatory processing, with subsequent disposal of hazardous technical waste.
