YRM Waterjet is equipped with two U.S.-made Semyx waterjets. The software-directed waterjet sprays a stream of water and fine sand out of a nozzle under 58,000 psi of pressure to cut aluminum, stainless steel, steel, plastics, plexiglass, granite, stone, glass and wood. Our waterjet can slide through almost any material with ease.

Waterjet Process

The first step in the waterjet process is to create a cad drawing. We can use your own cad files or our in-house skilled cad designers can produce cad drawings from simple to complex designs. We can create cad drawings from simple sketches, detailed drawings, items in our possession, etc.

The next step is to process the cad drawings into our CNC program. This ensures the most accurate cutting process with the least amount of waste. The waterjet machine then goes to work to cut your designed product.
