Our history
Love, respect for nature and the environment, passion for design and technological innovation are the fundamental elements that unite the team that gave life to the project. In a market that is increasingly attentive to recycling and reuse as a philosophy of life to change the environment and improve the health of individuals, where the consumer asks for economic savings and the ultimate user of the second raw material looks for a purer and easy to work with, Sbriciola ® is the first step towards a new idea of environmental sustainability, an ecological way to reduce costs, spaces and pollution without heavy economic efforts.
The idea is to revolutionize the methods currently in use for the collection and recycling of glass, and of the material deriving from crushing. Our project allows for easier waste management in terms of reduction of occupancy space and reduction of costs of disposal of materials, as well as allowing the user (Bars, Restaurants, Hotels and Commercial Activities, Condominiums, Passenger and Cargo Ships, the same Municipalities, other) to be able independently and immediately to eliminate the glass.
We thought of an innovative idea, which had as its objective the reduction of costs, atmospheric and acoustic pollution and the simplification of the separate collection and recycling circle.
The only alternative considered valid was to devise a change in the methods of collecting glass and the relative recycling of the material, collecting it at the source, and therefore from the same user: Sbriciola ® is born.
Changing the way of differentiating and collecting waste starting with glass provides the hope that the conditions for an environmentally more livable environment can be created.
The idea presented here could be a real benefit for companies in the glass sector, and those related to them, as a better, more convenient and economical collection of glass residues, their treatment and reuse, can induce to an increase in the use of glass containers, with a consequent lower use of plastic and aluminum.
