Founded in 1976, XL Machine Company began as a quality, prototype machining center. Today, this core function is paired with a more complete, large-capacity production facility. We are a full-service CNC machine shop with some of today’s most accurate and efficient state-of-the-art equipment.

Our goal is to be the preferred supplier of machined components, as we are committed to quality, teamwork, effective communication and customer satisfaction. We believe in providing value added services which begin as early in the development process as possible. Our ability to invest in new technology continues to provide the leading-edge necessary to distinguish us from competitors.

XL Machine joined the Burke Porter Group in 2012. The Burke Porter Group is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of advanced technological testing and assembly solutions. Leading experts for over 60 years, they now encompass over 40 locations across 4 continents, with manufacturing capability around the globe.

XL Machine Company is proud to be IATF 16949 registered and serve a diverse customer base including the automotive industry, heavy-duty manufacturers, entertainment, plastic, industrial, marine, and individuals such as our local farmers.

OUR FACILITY

XL Machine Company operates in a 83,000 sq ft facility in Three Rivers, Michigan and continues to grow with additional permanent tooling and precision production equipment.

We currently have over 150 pieces of equipment including:
