Xergy Energy has been developing Solar PV systems since 2012.  From our Mississauga, Ontario office we have built, developed and maintained over 5MW of projects, mainly in the residential and small commercial market.It’s our mantra that solar energy, in its various forms, can provide clients with the energy needed for everyday life.  It is from this mantra that we came up with our slogan:  We keep you Powered for Life.

Ordinary Services: Billed on a monthly basis per project in a portfolio.  Contract terms can be 1 year, 3 years, or 5 years.  Covers Wire damage, Panel replacement, Warrantied Inverter work, Monitoring troubleshooting, replacement of old/worn equipment, software upgrades, System troubleshooting  Extraordinary Services:  Billed on a case by case basis.  Covers everything not included in list of ordinary services, including:  Rodent protection, Roof repair, System removal, Any work that requires the notification/inspection of work by the ESA, installation of new equipment,  non-warrantied inverter work.     Covers typical, non-extraordinary service issues like inverter issues, and warrantied labor repair.  All extraordinary services carry a reduced labor rate.  Response based:  Technician response to customer generated service call.  Monitoring and Response based.
