Wolkat is an international group of seven innovative textile recycling companies that together control the entire textile recycling chain. The textiles are collected, sorted, recycled and redeveloped by us. Thanks to this circular method, we are able to completely unburden customers in the field of reuse.

After years of research and trial-and-error, Wolkat has been the proud owner of a sustainable circular textile recycling model since 2014. In this way we contribute to a cleaner world in which the re-creation of new products from old materials is central.

Wolkat has been researching the circular business model for many years. Our greatest sources of inspiration are our previous history: since 1948 we have already recognized that many things can still have a second life. But the global consequences of the heavily polluted textile industry did not leave us cold.

For example, did you know that the Dutch throw away about 200 million kilos of textile per year? A shame, because a large part is extremely suitable for reuse. Fortunately, Wolkat processes more than 25 million kilos of textile per year. And that's a lot. In this way, Wolkat has been creating new life for four decades.
