Wilson Welding is a family owned and operated business that does welding repairs and fabrication in the Rocky Mountain Region. Most business is performed in the coal mines and oil fields of the Powder River Basin of Wyoming. We offer a complete line of both shop and field services.

he company was started in 1980 by Blaine and Susie Wilson. Initially, most of the work was  carried out “on site” at coal mines. As business and employees increased, the need arose for a fabrication facility. In 1985, construction began on a shop that we still use today. With the completion of the building in 1986, Wilson Welding was able to expand its capabilities. The shop houses 10 and 50 ton overhead bridge cranes as well as a wide front door allowing us to work on oversized equipment

Working in the mining industry requires that Wilson Welding observe all  Mining Safety and Health  Association (MSHA) as well as Occupational Safety and Health  Administration (OSHA) rules  and regulations. Our employees are trained on safe working  procedures and are task trained on the standard operating procedures for all equipment.
