The Williams & Bay Difference

Williams & Bay Pumping Services has been in the septic tank pumping and cleaning business for over 3 decades. Ron Williams started the business with one truck in 1983. After ten years, Ron sold the truck to his son Joe Williams.

​On August 9th, 2017 True North Environmental Corporation (TNEC) reached an agreement to acquire all operational assets of Williams & Bay Pumping Services and Williams & Bay Portable Restrooms Rentals, effective 9th August 2017. The company retained all Williams & Bay employees and continues to operate in the facility located at 9317 S. Nash Road, Maple City, MI.

Joe Williams, who successfully led Williams & Bay since 1985, currently supports the transition to new management and will continue to participate in the future of Williams & Bay and TNEC, having accepted an advisory position in True North Environmental Corporation’s Board of Directors.

Williams & Bay has an impeccable reputation and is the foremost sanitation services provider for lower Northwest Michigan, serving an area with a combined population of around 230,000 people in Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Kalkaska, Manistee and Wexford counties. We believe that by combining the profound industry knowledge and extensive customer relationships of Williams & Bay highly professional staff with our proven track record in marketing and business strategy we will continue to have a robust and growing business and be able to eventually have our ‘Guys in the Clean Red Trucks’ serve an even bigger market.
