Raised in a family with a fairly successful roofing business, owner and founder Ron Radonich learned the roofing business from the bottom up. In high school he unloaded box cars and carried hot asphalt. As a production manager, he learned to solve a lot of problems and how to work with all the different roofing products. Realizing that sheet metal companies weren't able to keep up with the demand for roof metals, Ron started fabricating small amounts to supply his own jobs. The knowledge and experience gained from being a roofer has helped develop our company greatly since its primary business is the roofing contractor. In 1986 Ron got his sheet metal contractors license and started fabricating and solving sheet metal problems for different roofing companies as Los Gatos Raingutter. Mostly catering to the ‘reroof contractor’, we then moved to work directly with homeowners, which led to partnering with general contractors. Ron’s children Katy Laubach and Ryan Radonich under the company name WildcatMetals.
Built up by word of mouth, WildcatMetals now employs between 70 and 130 people throughout the year, providing quality gutter and roofing services in the greater Bay Area for both the commercial and residential customers. With an expanded inventory and skill set, there is much to be found here. Five different gutter styles, standing seam roof panels, and radius panels are all done in house. Twenty-one foot breaks, plasma cutters, shears, and slitters provide customers the best products for their project. Having steadily grown over the last 31 years, we are very fortunate and privileged to provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers.
